Brandon Beesley2024-04-17Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Archway build our home in Cedar City, they did a great job getting things together in a hard year for residential construction. Even once the home was complete and we had questions they were helpful in resolving our concerns. Would recommend. He answered are questions in a timely manner discuss planning for house costs and answered all of our questions and was honest with his answers. Truly the best Builder I’ve had in the last 30 years, so every house isn’t perfect this one is dang near perfect. George Barrett2023-03-03Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arch way has built my house and I couldn’t believe how easy they made it for us. They were very communicative and listen to anything we wanted or asked. They were honest with us on stuff we asked and I appreciate that. If we didn’t build our forever home with them I would build with them again. I would recommend them time and time again as this was our second house we built as we just moved to cedar. If you don’t choose Archway you are making a massive mistake. Paula Imlay2021-09-20Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Archway doesn't not police their subs. They are building the house next to us. Every sub left trash all over that blew into our yard, the concrete subs pulled through our drive way and are parked on our property. They left a bucket to a skid steer on the sidewalk that kids had to dodge while riding bikes, one child almost got hit because they had to veer off into the road to miss it. They dumpster is parked on the road in front of our property. The excavators put dirt over the side walk instead of breaking out the concrete, so when it rained it pushed all the water into our back yard and flooded it. And they built a house to big for the property, had we known that they would be like this we would not have signed off on the house being so close to our property line. I would not use Archway nor recommend them to any one. I didn't even want to give them one star but it made me in order to post Robbie Masterson2020-10-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Archway was awesome to work with. We gave them an idea of what we wanted and they made it happen every step of the way with the budget we had. Chris is a top notch general, very responsive, attentive to details and honest in every dealing. Highly recommend. Carrie Mae2019-07-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a brand new Archway home in May....although compelled to write a review immediately due to the intricate and meticulous design upgrades and finish work...... I didn't. I wanted to ensure I had spent enough time in the house to find the flaws. It's almost August, and I'm still working to find the issues. The construction is solid, the aesthetics are incredible, and the attention to detail are unparalleled. Outside of being understated, this company is spot on. They honor their warranties, and stand behind their homes. Highly recommended. Justin Anderson2018-12-04Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris was great to work with! He built us a great house at a very fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to build a home!
